The Lynx Shredder is the ultimate machine for the deepest powder and steepest slopes. It is designed to tackle the most challenging conditions, offering unmatched agility and precision that meets the demands of even the most seasoned riders.
The Shredder RE is designed for backcountry riders looking for the biggest jumps, smooth landings, and uncompromising performance. The Radien² chassis, improved in the 2026 models, features a short, tapered tunnel and raised, modified running boards that cut through powder with minimal resistance. A NEW shortened tunnel heat exchanger prevents snow buildup, keeping the snowmobile light and responsive. With up to 5 kg (11 lb) less weight, the Shredder RE 3700 is lighter, more agile, and offers completely insane riding pleasure every time you hit the trail. NEW for the 2027 model year, the Shredder RE gets an optional extra-light 147-inch (3,734 mm) track with 3-inch lugs for maximum traction in deep snow. A NEW 34-inch ski width greatly improves handling and agility.
The Shredder DS is a precision machine designed for deep snow and the tightest tree runs, offering total control when it matters most. Sharing the Radien² chassis with the Shredder RE, it comes in NEW Mineral Blue and Viper Red colors and two PowderMax X-Light track options with 76 mm lugs. The 4,178 mm (165 in) version, available only in the spring and equipped with the Rotax 850 E-TEC Turbo R engine, is designed for drivers looking for the steepest lines and most demanding off-trail terrain. The 3,912 mm (154 in) option offers the ideal balance between perfect handling and solid off-road performance.
The Shredder’s advanced suspension system is designed to provide total control. The PPS³-DS rear suspension uses optimized geometry and a straight rail profile to improve off-road capabilities and technical handling, especially on mountain slopes. At the front, the LFS-DS suspension, combined with a Twin Link steering system and Blade DSS skis, keeps you perfectly on track and allows you to carve turns with great precision.
Both versions of the Shredder are available with a choice of two powerful engines: the Rotax 850 E-TEC and the Rotax 850 E-TEC Turbo R. The Turbo R version offers the best performance in the industry with 180 horsepower. The turbo, installed directly on the production line, delivers peak performance up to 8,000 feet and maintains a huge 55 horsepower advantage over naturally aspirated engines at higher altitudes. The lightweight 850 E-TEC engine is known for its impressive responsiveness and consistent power across its entire rpm range, delivering a powerful ride, especially at lower altitudes. The 10.25″ touchscreen is standard on the 850 Turbo R engine. It features GPS with Group Mode for live position tracking, even offline, as well as altitude and scale information to keep you fully aware of your surroundings.

SUSPENSION TECHNOLOGY
PPS³-DS rear suspension
Highly responsive to rider input, it ensures strong and consistent power delivery on the snow. The PPS³-DS rear suspension, introduced for the 2026 model year, offers improved off-road performance compared to the previous version. Optimized rear arm geometry and straight rails for reduced angle of attack and improved lift. Rail reinforcements ensure maximum durability for the most aggressive riding styles.
LFS-DS Front Suspension
NEW 34-inch ski width for unmatched maneuverability. The narrower front allows the rider to tackle technical terrain longer in a neutral, balanced position, keeping both feet on the footpegs, reducing the effort required while maintaining maximum traction. Higher legs, introduced on the 2026 model, increase ground clearance, improve maneuverability during technical riding, and provide increased stability compared to the previous version. The
Twin-Link steering system increases the turning angle of the skis by up to 40%, providing maximum efficiency on the mountainside by preventing the skis from stalling.
Blade DSS Skis
The Blade DSS ski, introduced on the 2026 models, combined with the LFS-DS front suspension, improves off-road and sideways handling. The lighter, slimmer ski cuts through the snow more efficiently for maximum agility. The double keel design improves ski balance and ensures a smooth and stable ride.
KYB PRO Shock Absorber Assembly
The rear suspension is equipped with 46 mm diameter KYB Kashima shock absorbers with 3-position shock adjustment. Combined with KYB PRO 40 EA-3 R Kashima front shock absorbers with three-stage adjustment, the suspension package literally encourages you to push the limits, both in aggressive and technical riding.
NEW PowderMax X-Light track option, 15 x 147 x 3 in. (380 x 3,700 x 76 mm)
Ultra-lightweight, with exceptional traction and ultimate agility. The 3.7 kg (8 lb) reduction in rotating mass of the track makes the Shredder RE more agile and responsive than ever. An industry first with 3-inch lugs in the 147-inch category, combined with instant turbo power, it offers the ultimate riding experience for fun in the powder. The new 147-inch PowderMax X-Light track is available only with the Rotax 850 E-TEC Turbo R engine option.
The 146-inch PowderMax track option with 2.5-inch lugs is available only with the 850 E-TEC engine. The 154-inch PowderMax X-Light track with 3-inch lugs offers maximum off-trail performance with both engine options (850 E-TEC and 850 E-TEC Turbo R).
RADIEN2 PLATFORM AND ADVANCED FEATURES
Radian2 Platform
The redesigned Radien² chassis for off-road use, introduced for the 2026 models, features a tapered rear tunnel and raised, redesigned running boards, further reducing drag in deep snow. A NEW shorter tunnel heat exchanger for 146-inch and 147-inch tracks reduces dry weight by 1 kg (2.2 lb) and running weight by 1.5 kg (3.3 lb), including coolant. And with reduced snow accumulation on the tunnel, the weight savings in real-world conditions are even greater!
E-TEC SHOT starter (only with the 850 E-TEC Turbo R)
With the innovative SHOT starter, available exclusively with Rotax E-TEC technology, a single manual start in the morning is all it takes, and then you can enjoy push-button starts throughout the day once the capacitor is charged. This innovative system saves approximately 9 kg (20 lb) compared to a conventional electric start system, allowing the rider to focus their energy on what really matters: riding. It’s the smartest way to start your day on the snow.
10.25″ touchscreen
The 10.25-inch touchscreen offers vibrant graphics and a large, easy-to-read display area, incorporating GPS with Group function.
