Presentation of the keys: Renegade Adrenaline 850 2017 – Passion Motoneige magazine is very proud to announce the partnership with BRP Lapointes Sports in Joliette.
Lapointe Sports, with the collaboration of BRP, welcomed us on December 24th for the handing over of the keys of the brand new 2017 Renegade Adrenaline 850!
Present for the event, Mr. Martin Gagnon, Assistant General Manager at Lapointe Sports, Marie-Andrée Robert, Sales Advisor at Lapointe Sports and test rider for Passion Motoneige and Stéphane Miville Columnist for Passion Motoneige.
For the past 15 years, Marie-Andrée has been a snowmobile enthusiast, and for the past three years, she has been a test pilot in this wonderful world. Over the past three years, she has successively ridden a 2014 Renegade Adrenaline 800, a 2015 Renegade X 800 and last year a 2016 Renegade XRS 800. Her extensive experience on XS chassis, with RAS and RAS 2 front suspensions as well as 800 E-TEC engines will allow her to properly evaluate the new fourth generation REV chassis, RAS 3 front suspension and of course, the all new 850 E-TEC!!! And anyone who knows Marie-Andrée’s driving style can corroborate that she will have no problem testing the limits of the snowmobile…

The Adrenaline 850 from the Renegades line is the perfect version for long rides. 137 inch Ripsaw track with 1.25 studs, rMotion rear suspension with HPG rear and center shocks. The new RAS 3 front suspension with HPG Plus shocks and 5.7 Pilot skis. With the new REV 4th generation chassis comes the new Performance Trail Seat, open toe box, Ergo-Step side panels, new 850 E-TEC with 165 horsepower and the new pDrive pulley…
Lapointe Sports was founded in 1980, by Michel Lapointe, at the time, we found Ski-Doo snowmobiles and Sea-Doo watercrafts. Fourteen years later, in 1994, Mr. Jean Gariépy acquired the dealership, and is still the owner, 22 years later! In 2011, Lapointe Sports got a facelift with a major expansion project of 13,000 square feet including a 5,000 square foot mezzanine.
