Dual Shock SR 146 rear suspension
The Dual Shock SR 146 is a longer version of our comfortable trail suspension. This lightweight suspension gobbles up bumps with gusto while resisting sag admirably. It’s of the coupled type, using a so-called sliding front arm mount. With just over an inch of travel thanks to the exclusive U-shaped slot design in the front arms, the Dual Shock SR suspension keeps the track firmly planted on the ground for maximum bite, both at full throttle and under hard braking.
Ultra high windshield and mirrors
A tall touring windshield protects you from the elements and has built-in mirrors so you can see your companions without losing sight of the trails.
2-piece seat large / extra large, heated
The comfortable two-person heated seat comes in incredibly handy when the mercury drops. Press the toggle switch near the dashboard to select one of two heat settings. Plus, the passenger can control the temperature of his or her seat as well. And his backrest is adjustable, too.
Two power plugs for accessories
Both the driver and the passenger are entitled to plugs for the heated visors of their helmet or other 12 volt accessories.
Heated front and rear handles with adjustable intensity
The rider’s and passenger’s hands will stay warm thanks to the independently controlled heated grips. The passenger also gets convenient wind deflectors built into the grips to keep their hands well protected.

High performance Hayes brakes
The high-performance Hayes braking system puts the brakes on the move. It’s mounted low on the drive shaft – you’ll feel the slowdown immediately when you tickle the brake. The radial hydraulic brake master cylinder, inspired by the racing world, multiplies the force well when needed, while providing excellent feel and precise control.
High flow intake and exhaust
With the air cleaner box and intake system facing forward, the 1,049cc Genesis engine provides maximum airflow without starving the engine of air. The result? Maximum power and instant acceleration. Plus, the high-flow stainless steel exhaust manifold is snow-cooled without excessive heat or noise.

The Genesis 3-cylinder is said to be the best 4-stroke in the industry. With advanced closed-loop fuel injection and 4 valves per cylinder, this 1049-class engine offers best-in-class power, instant throttle response and a commanding power curve, all with great fuel economy and reliability.
YVXC CLUTCH
Yamaha’s legendary YVXC pulleys are, without question, the most reliable and durable clutch system in the industry. This YVXC system has evolved to work very effectively with the power of the Genesis 4-stroke.
MANIABILITY
SRV chassis
The SRV chassis uses a triangulated support structure and lightweight aluminum to create a snowmobile that can maintain a neutral balance centered on the rider. The pyramid-shaped top of the frame gives the chassis strength without making it heavy.
Drive housing / magnesium oil tankBoth the housing and the chain cover act as attachment points for the frame rails and the engine oil tank. Because they are made of magnesium, the weight is reduced.
Skis Tuner III
The new iteration of Yamaha’s Tuner skis is lighter and designed to improve handling. A wide range of heddles can be integrated into these skis to suit a variety of riding styles. Replaceable ski tips are available in a variety of colors, so you can further customize your ride.
1.25″ RipSaw track
The Ripsaw 15″ x 146″ x 1.25″ track has become a benchmark in the snowmobile industry due to the proven reliability of its rigid bars on groomed trails.
Handlebar Raising Block (16.5 cm [6.5 in])
The SRVenture gets a slightly raised trail handlebar that is well suited to the seat height. The handlebar height can be adjusted to find the ideal riding position for long rides.
CONFORT
High pressure gas dampers
The SRVenture features proven aluminum high-pressure gas shocks with large 1.2 cm thick shafts in both the front and rear to help you overcome any obstacle that comes your way on the trail.
Deluxe heated two-seater
The standard heated two-seater comes in handy on the trail. You even get two heat levels at the touch of a button on the dash! Plus, the passenger gets an adjustable backrest.
Numerical indicatorsFully equipped and easy to read, the digital gauge display shows all critical data at a glance, including speed, fuel level, distance traveled, tachometer data, and much more. There’s even a watch so you can extend the fun to the last minute!
Push button for reverse
The location of this pushbutton – easily accessible by the thumb – makes it much easier to shift into reverse. A servomotor moves the transmission gears into the reverse position simply and consistently.
LED tail light
The LED tail/brake light is very bright and lasts longer than an incandescent bulb.
